Ordering Details and Policy

To place orders with Schwarzschild Ochs Ltd you will need an established account and customer number. If you are a new customer please contact us with your business resale information and we will set up an Online Account so that you can place orders.

All prices are subject to change and only confirmed once an order has been placed.

Shipping

In stock orders are usually shipped within 5 working days. During busy seasons it may take up to 10 working days. Most items are shipped by UPS. If an item is not in stock, we will keep the item on backorder and ship when it arrives unless you notify us to do otherwise. Regular shipping charges are £8.95 for each 25Kg Parcel, or part thereof.

International Orders

Orders from outside the UK will usually be shipped via UPS or other freight forwarder. Charges cannot be estimated as each country has unique fees and the weight and dimensions of each package incur a different shipping rate. Shipping charges will not be shown on your online order but customers will be notified via email of the cost.

Minimum Orders

No minimums unless otherwise stated. However any cut lengths less than 10m will incur a surcharge of £1.00 per metre.

Returns

Any claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. No claims allowed after goods are cut. All sample cut sales are final. Please contact us for a return authorization. A re-stocking fee may be charged on returned orders.

Payment

First time orders are usually sent prepaid. We accept all major credit cards, and can deliver to most delivery addresses. A credit application can be sent upon request. A credit ceiling may be established based on your financial strength and history of prompt payment. A 2% interest charge will be added each month for past due invoices. By accepting credit, you agree to these terms.

Please Note: Different computer monitors will cause the colours of the online samples to vary slightly. If you require an exact match, please order a sample set or contact us to request a colour sample before placing your online order. It is only natural for silks to have some irregularities, this is the nature of silk fabric.
